As we have grown, we now specialise in Google Street View, Google Business Profiles and all aspects of B2B services, and we are serving clients globally.

Google is constantly scanning the internet, trying to work out which businesses to show for people’s search results. If Google finds social media channels displaying regular and relevant content that is being interacted with, it adds on some brownie points.

This means keeping on top of your social media is essential for allowing more customers to find you. Luckily, Sphere can manage all of this for you, while making sure the content posted will impress Google.

Brief job description:

Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Marketing Apprentice with Sphere Business Services, an advertising company based in Manchester.

Job Description:

  • Grow, moderate and keep Facebook groups engaged.
  • Pitch ideas on improving community members’ experience.
  • Mine the Facebook community groups to find the best content for channels as well as for licensing.
  • Liaise with content managers on a daily basis.
  • be able to learn new apps for content creation.
  • Have a creative edge to propose new ideas daily for content.
  • Assist the licensing team with admin tasks wherever required.
  • Clearing videos for usage on our social media channels.
  • Assist in updating the website when needed.


5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

Skills Required:

  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with all teams. Actively. present around the Business – ensuring the teams are confident in IT (Face of the team).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects.

Personal qualities:

  • Ability to adapt to changes and manage risks effectively.
  • Eager to learn and develop skills.
  • Ability to be flexible in hours of work in line with Business requirements.

Training to be provided:

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer and Certified Digital Marketing Professional by DMI, with training in how to:

  • Master the art of crafting compelling content tailored for diverse audiences and a variety of marketing channels, ensuring sensitivity and effectiveness in communication.
  • Analyse and integrate information from the multi-channel marketing landscape to inform and optimise both short-term tactics and long-term strategies.
  • Implement secure, innovative solutions using a broad spectrum of digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences while achieving marketing objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of multi-channel marketing activities, measuring success and providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.
  • Create and interpret insightful analytical dashboards utilising advanced digital tools, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
  • Strategically plan, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across an array of digital and traditional media platforms.
  • Develop, understand, and apply marketing briefs and plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand consistency.
