Brief job description:

Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Marketing Apprentice with BTT Comms a communications company based in Northampton.

Job Description:

The role involves planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns to clients which consist of a combination of pay per click advertising on Google AdWords, SEO and social media. You will be tasked with maintaining the social media side. The company have a strong Digital presence and your main tasks will be creating new campaigns as well as maintaining social media and website. You will also write blogs to accompany the products and services.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

  • Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases.
  • Manage and create email campaign and marketing on behalf of company using emails, telephone, designing leaflets using Mail Chimp and other programs.
  • Create and maintain company blogs.
  • Leverage Social Media of the company via Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Update Websites with products, maintain prices and products and develop SEO Optimization.
  • Develop and maintain SEO for business.
  • Assist in the development of company websites using a variety of packages.
  • Analyse companies Pay per Click Marketing and Google Analytics to maximize returns.


5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

Driver’s License

  • Analyse and integrate information from the multi-channel marketing landscape to inform and optimise both short-term tactics and long-term strategies.
  • Implement secure, innovative solutions using a broad spectrum of digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences while achieving marketing objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of multi-channel marketing activities, measuring success and providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.
  • Create and interpret insightful analytical dashboards utilising advanced digital tools, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
  • Strategically plan, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across an array of digital and traditional media platforms.
  • Develop, understand, and apply marketing briefs and plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand consistency.
