Brief job description:
Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Information Communications Technician with Cirteq based Keighley.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be working within the IT team to assist with ongoing IT issues, routine maintenance, change requests and IT upgrades as well as a variety of other IT tasks.
The work is aimed towards improving efficiency, increasing productivity, and maintaining our existing IT systems.
Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:
- Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organisation
- Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
- Installing and upgrading software were required
- Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices
- Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
- Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation
- Assisting the data analyst and data controller with their ongoing tasks
- Producing reports with assistance from the data analyst for the senior management team.
Qualifications:
- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)
Skills Required:
- Excellent Computer skills in Microsoft Office and Windows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team.

- Use infrastructure management tools to automate the provisioning, testing, deployment and monitoring of infrastructure components.
- Prioritise systems support tasks and monitor and maintaining system performance
- Maintain regulatory, legal and professional standards.
- Support the information systems needs for your business.
