This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent school or college leaver who has an enthusiasm and keen interest in starting a career within Customer Service. As part of your role you will be, call handling, utilising a CRM, creating customer accounts, raising tickets, ensuring notes are taken.

The company specialise in hosting/cloud solutions, internet and telecommunication support, web hosting and internet connectivity. They have a large number of clients throughout the UK and provide an IT managed service for all of the above areas.

They are now looking for an enthusiastic individual who has great communication and customer service skills to join their growing team.

Key duties will include:

  • Call handling.
  • Directing calls and placing orders on internal systems.
  • Utilising a CRM, creating customer accounts, raising tickets, ensuring notes are taken.
  • Handling a LiveChat service, providing customer service as necessary.
  • Answering telephone calls and responding to emails.
  • Any other administrative duties.
  • Assisting in the provision of hardware, shipping, and preparing for dispatch.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be computer literate. You must have a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word, be able to follow customer briefs and instructions, be able to work to deadlines, strong attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure and as part of a small, hands-on team. Previous customer service experience will be an advantage.

This role will be working towards Customer service specialist Level 3 qualification supported by starting off.

Qualifications:

5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)
