Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Performance Executive Apprentice with Sculpt Digital, a digital and ecommerce performance agency based in Leeds.

If you’re a results-driven digital marketer with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for

ensuring top-notch campaign performance, we’d be thrilled to hear from you! Join our team

and play a central role in crafting the digital success stories of our diverse client portfolio.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

Performance Campaign Management:

  • Design, manage, and optimise performance campaigns across platforms, with a particular focus on Google Ads.
  • Work closely with the Digital Performance Lead to align campaign strategies with client objectives and goals.
  • Continually monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximise ROI.

Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO):

  • Develop and execute effective CRO strategies to improve client website performance.
  • Analyse user behaviours and website analytics to identify areas of opportunity.
  • A/B test landing pages, ad copies, and other relevant elements to enhance conversion rates.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Produce comprehensive performance reports detailing campaign results, insights, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Performance Lead to present findings and insights to clients.
  • Utilise advanced analytical tools to derive actionable insights and inform future strategies.

Continuous Learning & Development:

  • Stay abreast with the latest trends and best practices in digital performance marketing.
  • Attend pertinent workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance skills and expertise.


5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths).

Skills Required:

  • Experience managing performance campaigns, particularly with Google Ads.
  • An understanding of analytical tools like Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify and interpret relevant data.

Estio apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry experienced training team. Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer and Certified Digital Marketing Professional by DMI, with training in how to:

  • Master the art of crafting compelling content tailored for diverse audiences and a variety of marketing channels, ensuring sensitivity and effectiveness in communication.
  • Analyse and integrate information from the multi-channel marketing landscape to inform and optimise both short-term tactics and long-term strategies.
  • Implement secure, innovative solutions using a broad spectrum of digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences while achieving marketing objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of multi-channel marketing activities, measuring success and providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.
  • Create and interpret insightful analytical dashboards utilising advanced digital tools, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
  • Strategically plan, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across an array of digital and traditional media platforms.
  • Develop, understand, and apply marketing briefs and plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand consistency.
