      Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a PPC specialist with Digital Willow, a Marketing agency in London.

      Job Description:

      We are currently looking for a PPC specialist across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

      Search marketing is a key component of our delivery for a range of clients whom we support in growing leads, enquiries, customers, and ultimately more sales.

      We’re constantly researching, strategising, and planning clever ways to drive traffic, testing opportunities, and interrogating data to make new hypotheses and keep improving results.

      Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

      • Implementing search marketing for Digital Willow and our clients
      • Creating search strategies for medium-sized businesses that work concurrently as part of an overall growth marketing program
      • Setting up campaigns in platform
      • Ensure all accounts are tracked effectively and data is reporting correctly
      • Write ad copy for paid search campaigns
      • Generating in-depth keyword strategies and continually mining for new keywords
      • Managing client budgets and budget reconciliations.
      • Managing the third-party relationships with the likes of Google, Amazon and Microsoft Ads
      • Exploring innovating ways of driving search forward – such as voice search
      • Ensuring that search marketing is playing its part to deliver targets and provide return on investment
      • Explaining optimisations and strategies in written format and in meetings
      • Strong reporting skills; creating weekly, monthly and quarterly client reports
      • Executing technical PPC audits
      • Scrutinising data in Google Analytics or equivalent for opportunities
      • Developing relationships and building trust with clients and the Digital Willow team
      • Aligning the budgets of the accounts to ensure we are not overspending or underspending.
      • Regularly checking all our accounts in the Google Ads platform to ensure there are no issues.
      • Assisting with monthly and weekly reports on Google Data Studio.
      • Learning all about how paid search accounts work.
      • Compiling reports on Microsoft Excel.
      • Updating Media Plans
      • Suggesting any areas for improvement within paid search accounts.
      • Regularly checking search queries within accounts for irrelevant terms.


      • 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

      Skills Required:

      • Aware of Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager.
      • Competent on Excel and Google Sheets.
      • Capable of producing documents that are well written.
      • Qualified in Google PPC, Amazon and Google Analytics and/or willing to take the exams upon being successful.

      Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.

      Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Digital Marketer, with training in how to:

      • Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels including your website and social media.
      • Execute multi-channel digital campaigns using online platforms.
      • Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
      • Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
