      Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Data Technician with bolt, an inbound sales & marketing agency based in Horbury, Wakefield.

      Job Description:

      We’re looking for a proactive, solution led data technician to join our growing team in .

      You’ll collaborate closely with our CRM & development team, along with our digital and creative teams to deliver excellent inbound marketing campaigns for our B2B clients.  You’ll be able to trusted to create efficient, trustworthy databases and be effective at segmenting data as well as creating visualisation and storytelling. It will be your first priority to ensure seamless, accurate and timely delivery to clients according to the agreed campaign specification, deadlines and budget as well as identifying opportunities to continuously add value.

      You will be responsible for the delivery and direction of our clients data requirements on HubSpot CRM. You’ll be instrumental in our clients transition to HubSpot through slick data migration, working closely with the rest of the marketing team to help them configure and manage campaigns and lead generation activities. You’ll be instrumental in our approach, working closely with our team to deliver first class results for our diverse range of clients.

      Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

      • Create records management processes and policies
      • Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes within client and bolt databases
      • Identify, evaluate and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing
      • Monitor and audit data quality
      • Liaise with internal and external clients to fully understand data content
      • Gather, understand and document detailed business requirements using ClickUp
      • Manipulate, analyse and interpret complex data sets relating to the client’s business
      • Prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools inculding HubSpot and Databox
      • Create reports and dashboards, to help data visualisation
      • Mine and analyse large datasets, draw valid inferences and present them successfully to stakeholders
      • Be open minded to learning other data visualisation tools like Databox, Power BI and Tableau


      • 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

      Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Data Technician, with training in how to:

      • Identify the right data sources for your business to inform decision making.
      • Collect, compile and cleanse data accurately and securely.
      • Identify, anaylse and interpret data, trends and patterns.
      • Produce dashboards and reports to aid visualization and comparison.
      • Summarise and present the results of data analysis, making recommendations for business improvement.
      • Store and archive data in line with data protection legislation.
