Job description:

You will be supporting the business to find actionable insights from the range of client, creator and consumer work that we undertake.


From researching markets, to crafting campaign reports to supporting response to briefs and working with partners on original research you will never be at a loss for something to get your teeth into.


You will be part of our growing Insight team, reporting to the Head of Insights and will work alongside, and with, partnerships, delivery, product and tech teams, ensuring that insight is at the heart of everything we do.


Brief job description:

Estio Training have an exciting opportunity to join Fourth Floor’s growing Insight team. You will be supporting the business to ensure that insight is at the heart of everything Fourth Floor do.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Compiling analytics and other data for timely and relevant campaign reporting and insights.
  • Creating research reports on markets, products and trends to share internally and externally.
  • Interpreting data using statistical techniques to uncover trends and insights.
  • Adapting analysis and learnings to create actionable tasks for future campaigns.
  • Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases/data systems.
  • Filtering and cleaning data on a regular basis, compliant to GDPR.
  • Ensuring that all creative output fits the given brief to achieve specific goals.



Desired Skills:

  • Experience with cloud databases, Google Analytics and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Able to get the data you want from our databases by writing performant SQL queries.
  • Experience visualising the data you have extracted using BI Tools. For example, Google Data Studio/Tableau/Microsoft Power BI.
  • Working knowledge of statistical programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Creating models to surface new and exciting insights.
  • Good understanding of the digital media landscape and experience of social media platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting workloads.

  • 5 GCSEs grades A*- C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and at least a B/6 in Maths)

Training to be provided:

The Estio Training programme gives young people the opportunity to get hands on experience in the IT industry whilst still employed in a real paid job with no cost or debt.

Learners will receive six weeks of intensive training. Whilst in the workplace, apprentices will also receive continual coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated Skills Development Coach who will be there to ensure that they get the most from their work experience.

This apprenticeship will give you a Level 4 Data Analyst Standard with training in areas such as:

  • Functional skills, Maths L2 and English L2
  • Data Analysis Tools
  • Data Analysis Concepts
  • Data Analytics Software
  • Developing Software using SQL


Some of these modules will include an option to take an examination in order to receive a professional certificate.
