All MEDITE products are CARB2 compliant or better, conforming to one of the strictest controls of formaldehyde emission levels. SMARTPLY OSB3 has no added formaldehyde in the manufacturing process.
All products are FSC certified, CE marked and EUTR compliant.
Job Description:
Role Summary:
This role is to help analyse and co-ordinate order book, financial, margin and price and customer data. This is a supporting role to help determine policy or tactical changes that improve the business’ functions, actions and profitability. This role directly supports the SMT and acts as a facilitator between the commercial organisation and the financial and operational functions. This is a proactive and responsive function that will support the senior sales and executive teams through-out the business.
Key Responsibilities:
As a L4 Data Analyst you will:
- Utilise and develop financial information systems and process controls to support the business objectives.
- Prepare and produce dashboards to support calculation and reporting of MS KPIs.
- Provide ‘order book’ analysis to plan and forecasts.
- Provide input to the ‘demand planning’ process. • Ensure timely, accurate reporting of sales performance, price, and margin gaps for MS
- Senior Management weekly, monthly & quarterly.
- Provide forecasts and outlooks as appropriate.
- Offer assistance on management of rebates and promotional plans.
- Prepare market insights bases on robust research sources.
- Support targeting and measurement of sales team bonus schedules.
- Support R&D, product mgt and plant finance on pricing and margin analysis.
- Update business reporting modules such as BI.
- Update and provide the business with sales pricing and volumes by product class & customer for financial outlooks, forecasts.
- Assist in the delivery of commercial inputs into Budget, and strategic / 5-year plans.
- Support data manipulation and interpretation from CRM systems.
- Support analysis for UK, EU & Ireland sales managers.
- Assist in supporting the business on specific project initiatives from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements: 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent, including English Language and Maths.
Skills Required:
- Higher education in STEM subjects or equivalent
- Excellent numerical skills Excellent Microsoft Office 365 Skills in Excel
- Experience using a Data Visualisation tool (Power BI or Tableau) datasets
- Able to analyse/manipulate large datasets
- Robust understanding of supply chain processes

- The Company operates a Qualifying Workplace Pension scheme into which you will be auto enrolled if you meet the qualifying criteria. The amount deducted from your salary will be a minimum of 3% each month. (Depending on your salary band.) In return The Company would then contribute
- 5% monthly to your pension. (Depending on your salary band.) The combined monthly contribution to your pension would therefore total a minimum of 8%
