Job Description:

Estio Training is thrilled to offer a new opportunity for a Content Marketing Apprentice at Fishtank Agency.

Role Summary:

• Curate content across multiple social media accounts and channels, ensuring cohesive online brand identities.
• Track, analyse and report monthly analytics and KPIs using Later data and Meta Business Suite to evaluate post-performance and leverage social media listening to inform social media strategy.
• Construct copy for social posts with 100% grammatical accuracy and tailored tone of voice.
• Lead monthly social media content visits, filming and editing innovative pieces of organic video and still photography content every month – alongside creatives for paid social ads.
• Collaborate with the design team to create both organic and paid media campaigns.
• Leverage social media tools to find timely, relevant content themes to create ‘in the moment’ content.
• Be fluent in scheduling social content via two popular tools – Later and Meta Business Manager.
• Engage and respond to social media comments and likes in a timely manner, representing clients and their tone of voice.
• Perform social media and digital audits, analysing data and existing strategy in depth, followed by bespoke recommendations and revised strategy.
• Build long-standing client relationships by managing and coordinating client retainer accounts effectively with a personable approach.
• In-house blog-writing and email newsletter campaigns.
• Manage and prioritise your own workload completely independently to manage client expectations and maximise output.
• Effectively construct copy tailored specifically to paid social ads alongside the setup within Ads Manager, monitor/optimise campaigns, and report on results.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Content Marketing Apprentice, you will:

• Create content plans and strategies for clients across multiple platforms and verticals.
• Take and edit high-quality photos for various platforms.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around the brands.
• Monitor and analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimise strategies.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them where appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements: 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent, including English Language and Maths.

Skills Required:

• Excellent understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.
• Active user on social media platforms, specifically IG Reels and TikTok, with knowledge of TikTok and Instagram and trends. Posting ability using Later.com, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest.
• Proficient in photography and video editing. Canva, InDesign, Adobe Suite, Capcut and other content editing tools.
• Google / Microsoft suite of tools, e.g. Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint, Docs/Word.

• Implement secure, innovative solutions using a broad spectrum of digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences while achieving marketing objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of multi-channel marketing activities, measuring success and providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.
• Create and interpret insightful analytical dashboards utilising advanced digital tools, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
• Strategically plan, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across an array of digital and traditional media platforms.
• Develop, understand, and apply marketing briefs and plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand consistency.
