About the company:
Primary ICT support are looking to add a dedicated IT support apprentice to their team. Your main responsibilities would include a range of duties including 1st Line support, password re set and troubleshooting. You will be working alongside an experience member of staff who has progressed a number of apprentices to level 4.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:
- Providing 1st line Support to customers and clients
- Assistant with password resets
- Troubleshooting Hardware issues
- Identifying Software issues and providing solutions
- Working as part of the help desk team
- Assisting with setting up PCs and Networks
Qualifications:
- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)
Skills & Personalities Required:
- Communication Skills
- IT Skills
- Self-Motivated
- Keen interest in IT

- Efficiently operate and control your ICT infrastructure – physical or virtual hardware, software, network services and data storage.
- Use infrastructure management tools to automate the provisioning, testing, deployment and monitoring of infrastructure components.
- Prioritise systems support tasks and monitor and maintaining system performance
- Maintain regulatory, legal and professional standards.
- Support the information systems needs for your business.
