About the company:

Primary ICT support are looking to add a dedicated IT support apprentice to their team. Your main responsibilities would include a range of duties including 1st Line support, password re set and troubleshooting. You will be working alongside an experience member of staff who has progressed a number of apprentices to level 4.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

• Providing 1st line Support to customers and clients
• Assistant with password resets
• Troubleshooting Hardware issues
• Identifying Software issues and providing solutions
• Working as part of the help desk team
• Assisting with setting up PCs and Networks

Qualifications:

• 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

• Prioritise systems support tasks and monitor and maintaining system performance
• Maintain regulatory, legal and professional standards.
• Support the information systems needs for your business.
