Job Description:

Estio Training is thrilled to offer a new opportunity for a Marketing & Sales Coordinator Apprentice at Envera.

Role Summary:

The Marketing & Sales Coordinator is the backbone of our sales and marketing operations, ensuring that both teams are aligned, organised, and consistently achieving their targets. Acting as the central hub, this role bridges the gap between sales and marketing while driving performance through data-driven insights, streamlined communication, and well-executed projects.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice, you will:

This is strategic, relationship-driven marketing rooted in real transformation.

  • You’ll be connecting with business owners, managing directors, and key decision-makers, building relationships, facilitating demos, and creating high-quality opportunities that help businesses evolve. You’ll be part of dynamic campaigns, strategic outreach initiatives, direct engagement, and creative follow-up strategies, not stuck behind a desk doing passive admin.
  • You’ll discover how impactful B2B marketing really works: what drives genuine interest, what opens doors, what builds trust — and what falls flat. You’ll be mentored in how to present solutions like AI, automation, telecoms, and business software in ways that resonate with the people who matter most.
  • This is a hands-on, communication-focused marketing role for someone who wants to build confidence, commercial insight, and long-term expertise.
  • This is not a passive marketing role and no ordinary 9-5. This is active, relationship-driven, results-focused marketing — where you’ll be engaging with real business leaders every day across multiple channels.
  • Your role is to create genuine commercial opportunities by introducing Envera’s transformative services to the right people: managing directors, decision-makers, and ambitious business owners. You’ll connect via phone, LinkedIn, email, and face-to-face. Whether that’s at the office, during networking events, or out in the field.
  • You’ll also support lead generation efforts around trade shows, exhibitions, and live marketing campaigns, helping ensure that every conversation creates real pipeline opportunities.
  • The insights you gather from conversations whether it’s over the phone, on LinkedIn, or at a trade shows will directly shape our wider marketing and branding strategies.
  • You won’t just pass leads to the sales team; you’ll be integral to the feedback loop that helps us refine messaging, innovate future campaigns, and understand what truly resonates with business owners.
  • If you’ve got an ear for what motivates people and a mind full of creative ideas, we want to hear them.
  • This role will teach you how to market and sell in the real world — how to approach people, understand business challenges, and connect them with solutions like AI, automation, business phone systems, and smart software.
  • If you want to grow into a confident communicator, a commercially sharp thinker, and someone who knows how to create meaningful impact — this is your launchpad.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Requirements: 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent, including English Language and Maths.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills – You’re comfortable engaging with new people, whether on the phone, in person, or online
  • Organisation & follow-up – You can manage conversations, relationships, and actions without being chased
  • Strategic thinking mindset – You’re curious, ask insightful questions, and enjoy understanding what drives business success
  • Confidence with tools – You’re comfortable using LinkedIn, email, CRM systems, and excited about mastering new technologies
  • Adaptability – Every conversation is unique, and you know how to adjust your approach and think on your feet

Personal Qualities:

This role is a great fit for someone who’s:

  • Naturally curious – You enjoy exploring how businesses work and understanding different perspectives
  • Energetic and engaging – You bring positivity and enthusiasm into conversations
  • Self-driven – You don’t wait to be told what to do — you take initiative and see things through
  • People-focused – You enjoy helping people solve problems and value long-term relationships over quick wins
  • Mission-led – You care about making an impact and aligning with a purpose bigger than just selling something
  • Intellectually stimulated by challenge – You enjoy debating ideas, questioning assumptions, and finding innovative approaches

Future Prospects:

  • Career progression – Move into a full Solutions Engineer role after a successful training period.
