Job Description:
Estio Training is thrilled to offer a new opportunity for an Apprentice HubSpot Solutions Architect at Fuelius.
Role Summary:
Are you passionate about technology, with a curiosity for evolving tech trends and the potential they unlock? Fuelius is looking for someone driven to start a career in CRM solutions, with an emphasis on HubSpot—one of the fastest-growing CRM platforms worldwide, revolutionising how companies engage with customers. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in CRM architecture and solution design, focusing on HubSpot’s ecosystem. Ideally, you’ve completed a Level 3 apprenticeship or have qualifications in IT, computing, or related areas, but more importantly, you’re eager to learn.
You may not know all the ins and outs of CRM yet, but we’ll equip you with the skills and experience to become a trusted expert. You’ll work directly with clients, developing skills in both technology and communication. While you’ll have client-facing opportunities, this role offers mentorship, support, and guidance every step of the way. You’ll be part of a team that’s committed to helping you develop, gain confidence, and make a meaningful impact. This is more than just an apprenticeship; it’s a launchpad into a thriving career in CRM and software architecture, where you’ll learn from experienced architects and gain skills in system implementation, optimisation, and the essentials of HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Training & Development
- Build foundational CRM knowledge, starting with HubSpot configurations and integrations.
- Engage in hands-on learning, collaborating with mentors on essential technical tasks.
- System Implementation Support.
Guide new HubSpot clients through a 6–8-week onboarding with senior team support.
- Learn to facilitate client conversations, identifying their goals and pain points.
- Gain confidence in explaining CRM features in accessible terms to non-technical audiences
- Build client relationships while navigating each onboarding phase, ensuring CRM adoption.
Data Management & Reporting
- Support in configuring data, performing basic analysis, and understanding data security and quality.
- Gradually contribute to reports that track CRM impact and alignment with client objectives.
Collaborative Solution Design
- Assist in solution design sessions, focusing on customising HubSpot implementations.
- Work alongside Solutions Architects, learning to recommend CRM functionalities that support client engagement and growth.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements: 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent, including English Language and Maths.
Skills Demonstrable interest in technology/system architecture
- Completed a Level 3 apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
- IT or Computing qualifications preferred.
- Curiosity in CRM tools and solutions, with a problem-solving mindset.
Personal Qualities:
- Strong motivation.
- Organised, good timekeeping, attention to detail.
- An ability and desire to learn new skills quickly.
- Genuine passion for technology.
Future Prospects:
This role offers the potential for a permanent position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, contingent on performance.
