Job Description:

Estio Training is thrilled to offer a new opportunity for a L3 Multi-Channel Marketer at MPG Quantity Surveyors Limited based in Watford.

Role Summary:

Developing and implementing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including websites, social media, email, and traditional media.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice, you will:

Content Creation:

  • Creating engaging content such as text, images, and videos for various platforms.

Channel Optimization:

  • Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance across different channels to improve results.

Budget Management:

  • Managing marketing budgets effectively and allocating resources to different channels.

Customer Engagement:

  • Customer Acquisition: Attracting new customers through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Customer Retention: Engaging existing customers and building loyalty through personalized marketing.
  • Understanding Customer Behavior: Analysing customer data and insights to tailor marketing strategies.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Working with Teams: Collaborating with other marketing team members, sales teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Tracking campaign performance, analyzing data, and providing regular reports.
  • Staying Updated: Keeping up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.

Other Responsibilities:

Market Research:

  • Conducting research to identify target audiences and understand market trends.

Compliance:

  • Ensuring marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and brand guidelines.

Project Management:

  • Managing marketing projects from start to finish, including timelines and budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Requirements: 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent, including English Language and Maths.

Skills Required:

Digital Marketing Expertise:

  • Proficiency in using various digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media marketing, email marketing, paid advertising (PPC), and content management systems (CMS).

Campaign Management:

  • Ability to plan, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and brand experience across different platforms.

Content Creation:

  • Developing engaging and creative content tailored to different audiences and marketing channels, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitoring and analysing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign effectiveness.

Market and Competitor Research:

  • Conducting research to understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies and tactics.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for communicating with various stakeholders, including customers, team members, and external partners.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:

  • Identifying and resolving issues that arise during campaign execution, analysing data to identify trends and insights, and developing solutions to optimize campaign performance.

  • Analyse and integrate information from the multi-channel marketing landscape to inform and optimise both short-term tactics and long-term strategies.
  • Implement secure, innovative solutions using a broad spectrum of digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences while achieving marketing objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of multi-channel marketing activities, measuring success and providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.
  • Create and interpret insightful analytical dashboards utilising advanced digital tools, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
  • Strategically plan, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across an array of digital and traditional media platforms.
  • Develop, understand, and apply marketing briefs and plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand consistency.
