Brief job description:

You will be working within the customer services team to support Fore solutions customers. The role is primarily customer support with order set up, delivery and 1st line technical support for our IoT, tracking and communications technology. However, you will also be required to working with the operations team on deliveries of the solutions to the customers.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

  • 1st Line Technical support for our Business Comms, IoT & Asset & Vehicle Tracking Solutions
  • Answering Incoming Calls.
  • Program, Pick, Pack, & Dispatch Orders.
  • Complete and manage tickets & tasks on our HubSpot CRM.
  • Manage Customer Warranty & Repairs.
  • Process Sales Orders and Raise POs to suppliers.
  • Booking in of new stock.
  • Calling customers to advise of new orders being dispatched.
  • Arranging engineering work both in house and for 3rd party suppliers.
  • Stock Control, Cycle Counts and re-ordering.
  • Ability to manage internal and external expectations.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects to challenging deadlines.
  • Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities.

Qualifications:

  • 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

Skills Required:

  • Communicating and resolving customers support requirements.
  • Articulate and excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability to manage customer and colleague expectations.
  • Keen eye for attention to detail.
  • Hold excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent Customer liaison skills.
  • ICT literate with Microsoft Office.
