Marketing Apprentice wanted for Global Tech Business We are excited to offer the opportunity to work for a market leading tech company, that currently owns 3 separate successful tech businesses across AI / Cyber Security / Digital Transformation. Driving the digital transformation revolution, offering C level support, MSP, Cloud services. Working with a host of clients across a range of sectors, such as Ultumus, R M Curtis, Vehicle, Morgan Hunt and Asset Solutions. This is a great chance to get exposure into a marketing team and company, that is at the cutting edge off technology.

Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and committed Marketing Apprentice to join our team to learn everything that is involved in performance growth marketing. We are scaling up all 3 businesses and you will be working with a proven enterprise grade marketing team. We would like candidates that have a passion / some experience in marketing, this could be your own personal projects, design interests or just generally playing around with AI for marketing. We will hold group interviews in the initial stages. The competition for the last time we had a role like this was fairly tough so please no time wasters you will be expected to demonstrate some talent in marketing up technologies to be entered.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase visibility of the company.
• Manage campaigns across all digital channels, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO) and email marketing.
• Work with internal and external teams to coordinate marketing materials and assets.
• Analyze data from existing campaigns and use findings to develop more effective strategies.
• Coordinate and execute promotional events.
• Develop content for campaigns and create materials, including graphics, videos and other digital assets.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

• 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths.

Skills Required:

• Proven ability to think creatively and deliver creative solutions.
• Passion for marketing, the industry and its trends.
• Ability to follow instructions quickly and efficiently while displaying excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of digital marketing, SEO and social media management.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of multi-channel marketing activities, measuring success and providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.
• Create and interpret insightful analytical dashboards utilising advanced digital tools, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
• Strategically plan, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across an array of digital and traditional media platforms.
• Develop, understand, and apply marketing briefs and plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand consistency.
