Job Description:

Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice with Philip James to join their team in their Disbury office.

This position offers a genuine scope for on the job learning and the chance to join a growing and ambitious business. The role of a multi-channel marketer is to support marketing activities that drive the demand for a product or service through awareness raising and/or perception building to generate results for Philip James.

Your main duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

• Maintaining the Social media strategy for the business.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for measuring up new instructions.
• Responsible for writing creative rolling text for the details.
• Taking high quality pictures and using metropix to construct the floorplan.
• You will coordinate all EPC’s and ensure all money laundering and contracts have been provided and signed off.
• You will be given full training on creating moving video tours which we provide for all new properties which are uploaded to You Tube, Rightmove and our own website.
• You will be expected to sell mortgage and solicitor services to sellers and deliver the new instructions to the negotiators ready for an introductory call.
• You are the first point of contact with the client after the valuer so need to make a fantastic first impression; be presentable.
• Responsible for organizing their preferred viewing availability. These include updating Rightmove pages, coordinating leaflet campaigns etc.
• As well as the below, the candidate expected to help with arranging viewings, answering the phone. She would be working alongside the senior marketing manager who would take the lead with the measuring up.

Qualifications:

5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

• You are the first point of contact with the client after the valuer so need to make a fantastic first impression
• Be presentable
• well-spoken and be able to liaise with our client base professionally and efficiently to find out the key selling points of their home and be able to organise their preferred viewing availability.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer and Certified Digital Marketing Professional by DMI, with training in how to:

• Master the art of crafting compelling content tailored for diverse audiences and a variety of marketing channels, ensuring sensitivity and effectiveness in communication.
• Analyse and integrate information from the multi-channel marketing landscape to inform and optimise both short-term tactics and long-term strategies.
• Implement secure, innovative solutions using a broad spectrum of digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences while achieving marketing objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of multi-channel marketing activities, measuring success and providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.
• Create and interpret insightful analytical dashboards utilising advanced digital tools, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
• Strategically plan, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across an array of digital and traditional media platforms.
• Develop, understand, and apply marketing briefs and plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand consistency.
