Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Marketing Apprentice with Castle Hill Properties, an Estate Agency based in London.

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Apprentice with a passion for online marketing to join our Estate Agency.

As a Multi-Channel Marketer, you will have the opportunity to learn and assist in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across various digital platforms including social media, email, search engines, and more to help generate more leads and accelerate business growth.

You will gain hands-on experience working on Real Estate marketing campaigns, analysing performance data, and contributing creative ideas to help achieve business goals. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to build a career in digital marketing while acquiring valuable skills and certifications along the way.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

Social Media Management:

  • Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for our various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Analyse and report on social media performance and engagement metrics.

Content Creation:

  • Help create compelling and relevant content for blogs, social media, and email marketing.
  • Assist in optimising website content for SEO purposes.
  • Collaborate with Office Management to plan and produce visually appealing marketing materials, with use of AI.

Email Marketing:

  • Support the creation, design, and deployment of email marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in managing and segmenting email lists.
  • Analyse and report on email marketing performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

SEO & SEM:

  • Assist in keyword research and analysis to support SEO and SEM efforts.
  • Help manage PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, ensuring proper budget allocation and optimisation.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve search engine rankings and ROI.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Collect and analyse data from various digital marketing channels (Google Analytics, social media platforms, etc.).
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.

Paid Advertising:

  • Help with the setup, execution, and management of paid social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Assist with ongoing optimisation of ad campaigns, including audience targeting, creative adjustments, and budget tracking.

Website Management & Updates:

  • Assist in updating website content and ensuring that information is accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to optimise landing pages for conversion.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and best practices.
  • Provide insights to improve content and marketing strategies.

Collaborative Teamwork:

  • Work closely with Management, as well as other departments such as sales and lettings to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute new ideas and strategies for business growth.

Qualifications:

5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

Skills Required:

  • Strong interest in digital marketing with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and their marketing potential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms (desirable but not essential).
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, or social media analytics tools (preferred).

Personal qualities:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with competing priorities.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to take initiative.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer and Certified Digital Marketing Professional by DMI, with training in how to:

  • Master the art of crafting compelling content tailored for diverse audiences and a variety of marketing channels, ensuring sensitivity and effectiveness in communication.
  • Analyse and integrate information from the multi-channel marketing landscape to inform and optimise both short-term tactics and long-term strategies.
  • Implement secure, innovative solutions using a broad spectrum of digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences while achieving marketing objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of multi-channel marketing activities, measuring success and providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.
  • Create and interpret insightful analytical dashboards utilising advanced digital tools, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
  • Strategically plan, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across an array of digital and traditional media platforms.
  • Develop, understand, and apply marketing briefs and plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand consistency.
