Job Description:

Estio Training is thrilled to offer a new opportunity for a L3 Multi-Channel Marketer at Cyclops Electronics, an electronic component distributor, based in York.

Role Summary:

You will gain hands-on experience in multi-channel marketing campaigns, content creation, social media management, and event planning, working closely with our team and external partners in areas such as SEO and PPC.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice, you will:

• Work alongside the Marketing Team, colleagues and external partners to assist in the planning and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including measuring campaign performance and ROI.
• Assist with all Cyclops Groups websites and digital presence, including regular updates and routine maintenance, as well as monitoring website performance and opportunities for improvement using available tools (Google Analytics, Semrush).
• Support the Group’s SEO, PPC/Google Ads optimisation activity and analytics, carrying out on-going improvements as recommended by the Marketing Manager and our SEO consultant.
• Create graphic assets, copy and other forms of content to support all marketing activity; this includes website copy, Social Media graphics, newsletters, and email marketing among others.
• Assist all Group’s Social Media channels and develop the Group’s Social Media presence to build brand awareness and promote our offering.
• Carry out data mining, customer segmentation and profiling activities to deliver effective email marketing campaigns and automated email workflows.
• Support event planning and execution.
• Contribute to internal and external communications.
• Support colleagues across the business with marketing requests.
• Conduct market research and industry analyse trends.

Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements: 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent, including English Language and Maths.

Skills Required:

• Driven individual with a high appetite for learning and development.
• Strong self-learning and troubleshooting skills.
• Office 365 – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Personal Qualities:

• Creative individual with an eye for graphic design.
• Desire to drive innovation in your role.
• Excellent communicator.
• Self-learner, seeking development.
• Keen to maintain excellent marketing knowledge and know-how.

Future Prospects:

• Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of multi-channel marketing activities, measuring success and providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.
• Create and interpret insightful analytical dashboards utilising advanced digital tools, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
• Strategically plan, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across an array of digital and traditional media platforms.
• Develop, understand, and apply marketing briefs and plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand consistency.
