Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Junior Social Media Assistant with AIWIZ, a Marketing company based in Leeds.

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Junior Social Media Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will help manage our social media platforms by creating engaging content, analysing engagement data, and contributing to the development of social media strategies that enhance our brand presence.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

• Create compelling and effective copy for marketing materials, such as website content, emails, and social media posts.
• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand the company’s brand and messaging and create copy that aligns with the brand.
• Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of writing and make adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as product and sales, to create cohesive marketing materials.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in marketing copywriting.
• Conduct market and customer research to understand the target audience and create relevant and engaging copy.
• Edit and proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Measure and report on the success of marketing materials, using metrics such as website traffic, email opens, and conversions.
• Identify and resolve challenges and issues within the marketing copywriting process.

Qualifications:

5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

Skills Required:

• Familiarity with social media platforms and management tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Creative thinker who can work independently on multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Personal qualities:

• Experience with copywriting and reporting tools.

• Execute multi-channel digital campaigns using online platforms.
• Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
• Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
