Brief job description:

Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Marketing Apprentice with Atlas Ceramics, a Tiling Company based in New Milton.

Job Description:

The role will involve creating promotional information and content for Atlas Ceramic’s products, as well as customer facing duties to ensure the process of purchasing through Atlas Ceramics is streamline and satisfactory for customers.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

• Keeping website updated with our / supplier’s products and pricing as well as uploading new products.
• Assisting with producing promotional information, including leaflets and company brochure.
• Dealing with customer enquiries over the phone and face to face.
• Ordering products.
• Negotiating with suppliers.
• Preparing quotations.
• Assisting with product videos for YouTube.
• Offer suggestions to streamline processes.
• Processing sales orders on the day of request.
• Processing website orders.
• Arranging couriers.
• Dispatching goods.
• Gaining the technical knowledge required to deliver an excellent service to all customers.

Qualifications:

5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

Skills Required:

• PC / IT literate-
• Knowledge of HTML, SEO, CSS would be advantageous
• Great verbal and written communications skills (Min Grade C/ Level 4 in English & Maths)
• Flair for descriptive / creative writing
• Significant experience with the use of social media
• Professional & courteous manner
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident and outgoing team player

• Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of multi-channel marketing activities, measuring success and providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.
• Create and interpret insightful analytical dashboards utilising advanced digital tools, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
• Strategically plan, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across an array of digital and traditional media platforms.
