We are looking for a creative and motivated Apprentice Content Creator to join our team and develop their skills in video production, photography, and content writing. Job Description:

Estio Training is thrilled to offer a new opportunity for a Content Creator Apprentice at AIWIZ based in Wetherby.

Role Summary:

As an Apprentice Content Creator, you will play a key role in producing high-quality content, including videos, photography, and written material, for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with our creative team to bring ideas to life and engage audiences with compelling visual and written content.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice, you will:

• Assist in capturing and editing photos or videos for marketing and social media. (although you will have a graphic designer to work with) With having some editing skills are essential.
• Support in creating short-form and long-form video content (e.g., reels, promotional videos, behind-the-scenes footage).
• Write engaging blogs, social media posts, website copy, and captions with strong grammar and storytelling skills.
• Ensure all content aligns with AIWIZ’s brand voice and messaging.
• Assist with content planning, scheduling, and strategy development.
• Research industry trends to enhance engagement and creativity.
• Learn and apply basic editing techniques for video and photography.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.
• A passion for content creation – whether it’s video, photography, or writing.
• Basic knowledge of photography and video production (experience with cameras, lighting, and editing software is a plus).
• Excellent writing skills with strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements: 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent, including English Language and Maths.

Skills Required:

• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Tiktok, or Canva.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of SEO for content writing.

• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and take on constructive feedback.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of multi-channel marketing activities, measuring success and providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.
• Create and interpret insightful analytical dashboards utilising advanced digital tools, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
• Strategically plan, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across an array of digital and traditional media platforms.
• Develop, understand, and apply marketing briefs and plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand consistency.
