Academic and technical support
Your learning experience at Estio is designed to be structured, guided and hands-on. You’ll take part in live training sessions, skills development workshops, coaching conversations, and ongoing reviews that keep your progress on track. Our tutors and coaches break down complex digital concepts into practical, accessible steps, ensuring you build skills with clarity and confidence.
If you ever need extra help – whether with coursework, assignments, understanding a module, or preparing for assessments – our team is always available to support you, offering guidance tailored to how you learn best.
Estio social team
Estio’s Social Team plays an essential role in your well-being and overall experience as an apprentice. They are your first point of contact for day-to-day support outside of academic work whether you need help settling into your programme, navigating your workload, or talking through personal challenges that might impact your learning.
The Social Team works closely with safeguarding leads, coaches and tutors to ensure every learner feels connected, supported and safe. You can reach out to them at any time for friendly, confidential guidance on anything affecting your apprenticeship journey.
Support for well-being and progress
Your well-being matters both in and out of the workplace. Estio offers well-being check-ins, supportive conversations, and guidance designed to help you manage your workload, confidence, and personal growth. If you face challenges at work or home, we’ll help you find solutions, connect you to specialist resources, and ensure your learning stays on track.
We also work with your employer to create a positive, supportive environment where you feel valued, understood and encouraged to grow.
