Learn the basic elements of technical documentation, back up and storage solutions as an ICT apprentice.
The ICT Apprenticeship at Estio provides you with the essential skills to support, manage and maintain IT communications and infrastructure. You’ll learn how to diagnose and fix IT faults, manage hardware and software systems, handle digital communications and keep systems running smoothly. Qualifying as a level 3 information communications technician sets you up for success in a range of IT roles.

How you’ll study
Level 3 ICT Apprentices will learn via a combination of online teaching, coaching, and workplace development in a flexible and supportive environment. ICT Apprentices will apply their learned knowledge as they work, solving technical problems, supporting users, managing digital tools and keeping IT systems running smoothly.
Time commitment
13 months on programme
22 days (six hours per day) in online live training sessions
3-4 hours guided self-study, per module, via our virtual learning platform
1 hour performance coaching session, every month
1 hour progress review, every eight weeks
6 hours per week in off-the-job learning, during working hours
1 hour EPA preparation session
4 months in End Point Assessment
