      Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Marketing Apprentice with BeYou, a Health, Wellness & Fitness company based in Birmingham.

      Job Description:

      Brief about the role: Supporting the team in driving sales across multiple platforms by assisting the Marketing team in planning and implementing marketing campaigns consistently maintaining the high quality of the brand. We are looking for someone to come in and have the confidence to support the team further, with the collective goal to grow the business by managing the communications of our brand to a high standard.

      Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

      General responsibilities:

      • Supporting the execution of marketing campaigns to drive additional sales for the venues.
      • Assist with all aspects of event Marketing from pre-event promotion through coordination and planning to setup and delivery
      • Assisting with creating copy for both written and digital material, using the brands tone of voice to ensure we stay consistent with the brand.
      • They can potentially help with scheduling content if we provide them with the content/captions, etc.

      Social Media:

      • Responding to all social media messages in a timely manner (goal of a 2-hour response time maximum), ensuring a high level of customer service that we expect and using the brands tone of voice to ensure messaging stays consistent to the brand.
      • Maintaining a presence on our social platforms by engaging with posts relevant to the brand as well as our followers/following.
      • Sharing user generated content that are of a high standard to our own stories on Instagram, Facebook and Linked In (when relevant)
      • Replying to reviews on social media, Trust Pilot & Google
      • Assist in scheduling social media content – from a signed off collection of images and captions.

      Analysis:

      • Reporting market research and competitor analysis in preparation for all new experiences and projects.

      Email Campaigns:

      • Support in creating engaging email campaigns.

      Qualifications:

      • 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

      Essential Skills

      • Excellent organisational skills to ensure they are able to manage multiple on-going projects.
      • Excellent at time management.
      • Excellent attention to detail.
      • Excellent customer service skills, able to communicate effectively and efficiently.
      • Good analytical skills
      • Confident in suggesting their own ideas.
      • Working knowledge of Microsoft software and G Suite (Google Docs, Google Drive etc).
      • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative, as well as operate effectively as part of a team.

      Desirable skills

      • Knowledge of CRM systems, including but not limited, to Collins.
      • Some experience with design software in order to create marketing copy that is ready to be used as creative assets in digital marketing promotions. This could include, but not limited to; Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premier.
      • Experience of copywriting for printed and digital promotional use.
      • Experience within the hospitality industry

      On offer

      • £11,000 per annum
      • Mainly Monday-Friday, although occasional evening and weekend work may be required to ensure responsibilities are met.

      Training to be provided:

      Estio apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, we’ve purposefully built our programmes around the real-world use of modern technology, so that the skills we create can be directly applied in the workplace.

      Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.

      Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Digital Marketer, with training in how to:

      • Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels including your website and social media.
      • Execute multi-channel digital campaigns using online platforms.
      • Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
      • Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
