Brief job description:
Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for an IT Apprentice with ADXBA, a Digital Signage company based in Hyde, Manchester.
Job Description:
ADXBA offer digital signage solutions for their clients. Their team have in-depth knowledge that is needed to create, install and maintain media solutions
Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:
- Providing technical support and guidance to staff within the business, assisting them with software and hardware problems
- Set up new PC hardware
- Repair and upgrade hardware
- General PC maintenance
- General 1st line support
Qualifications:
- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)
Skills Required:
- Ability to read and write effectively
- Knowledge of IT
- Previous experience of repairing hardware
Personal qualities:
- Organised
- Desire to Learn
- Communication skills
- Motivated and ambitious
Future prospects:

- Efficiently operate and control your ICT infrastructure – physical or virtual hardware, software, network services and data storage.
- Use infrastructure management tools to automate the provisioning, testing, deployment and monitoring of infrastructure components.
- Prioritise systems support tasks and monitor and maintaining system performance
- Maintain regulatory, legal and professional standards.
- Support the information systems needs for your business.
