Brief job description:

Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Marketing Apprentice with Integral IT, an IT Company based in Knaresborough.

Job Description:

We’re a small MSP (Managed Services Provider) based in Knaresborough, near Harrogate. We are looking for an apprentice Digital Marketeer to help grow our presence online.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

Video

Our company produces lots of marketing material (especially videos) every week.

• Communicating with video editor about the weekly videos
• Uploading videos to YouTube
• Optimising videos for YouTube search
• Arranging/creating YouTube Thumbnails
• Arranging/creating short clips for social media

Social Media

We’d like to improve our presence on a wide range of social media channels, including YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram

• Planning social media posts a month in advance
• Social media posts to include videos, photos and written updates.
• Arranging artwork either using tools or freelancers
• Monitoring performance of social media and tweaking for improvements.

Blog Management

Each of the weekly videos we make need to be published on our blog.

• Converting weekly videos into written blog post
• Finding artwork for blog post
• Publishing blogs on our website
• Optimising the blog post for SEO

Email Marketing

We don’t do any form of email marketing at the moment but would like to start sending out regular emails to clients and prospects.

• Create monthly email marketing newsletter to existing clients
• Create monthly email marketing newsletter to prospective clients.

Qualifications:

• 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

Skills Required:

• Excellent communicator
• Strong organization skills and be able to multi-task
• Good computer skills

• Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels including your website and social media.
• Execute multi-channel digital campaigns using online platforms.
• Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
• Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
