      Brief job description:

      Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for an data administrator apprentice.

      Job Description:

      To assist the data team in creating client reports to ensure Estio’s client base are kept up to date with their learners progress.

      Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

      • Create reports using PowerBi
      • Data entry and input
      • Data cleansing
      • Ensuring Estio’s client data is coherent and presentable
      • Work collaboratively with Estio’s different functions.
      • To promote and embed the workplace values of Estio – Respect Individuals; One Strong Team; Be Passionate; Achieve Excellence
      • Any other duties commensurate with the role.

      Personal Skills and Qualities Desired: 

      • Detailed knowledge of Excel.
      • Any knowledge of PowerBi and other reporting tools would be advantageous.
      • Knowledge of the apprenticeship market would be highly beneficial.

      Skills:

      • Strong numerical skills
      • Keen eye for detail
      • Strong written and verbal skills

      Entry requirements:

      • GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent) at grade A-C/9-4
      • Excellent IT skills, preferably at GCSE level (or equivalent) or above
      • You must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject

      Future prospects:

      The role offers long term security and the opportunity to progress into a permanent position.

      Training to be provided:

      Estio apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, we’ve purposefully built our programmes around the real-world use of modern technology, so that the skills we create can be directly applied in the workplace.

      Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.

      Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Data Technician, with training in how to:

      • Identify the right data sources for your business to inform decision making.
      • Collect, compile and cleanse data accurately and securely.
      • Identify, analyse and interpret data, trends and patterns.
      • Produce dashboards and reports to aid visualization and comparison.
      • Summarise and present the results of data analysis, making recommendations for business improvement.
      • Store and archive data in line with data protection legislation.
