Estio Training are looking to recruit an Apprenticeship Onboarding Coordinator work as part of their on-boarding team. Working as one strong team you will be responsible for processing new starter forms, maintaining the database and completing inductions for new learners.
Based in our office in Manchester this is a permanent position with a salary of £18-21,000 per annum.

It is essential that the right person has the following skills.
• Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
• Basic knowledge of Excel
• Maths and English GCSE
• Accurately processing all New Starter Forms.
• Maintaining the company database and distributing weekly reports to the executive team.
• Completing learner induction
• Updates to the Data team to ensure learner records are accurate.
• Monitor and report any incorrect data.
• Answering email and telephone enquiries
